Solo CleanLine Alkaline 1.25lit Pre-Pressure Tank SOLO CLEANLine has been firmly established for all cleaning and disinfection tasks. However, it is time to make a good thing even better. From 2022 onwards, all CLEANline products without exception bear the MADE IN GERMANY quality seal and not just “Engineered in Germany”. And that’s not all. We have also been able to significantly improve the pump performance once again. For users, this means that more liquid can be sprayed with fewer pump movements. The entire handle and pump unit has also been updated in terms of their haptics (touch). The new pump thus comes with an ergonomically optimized handle for holding and control. This functional efficiency, combined with the established advantages of the SOLO CLEANLine series, make this cleaning series even more attractive. The new, adjustable nozzle provides a significantly more balanced spray and can be adapted more precisely to specific applications. The CLEANLine hand-held pressure sprayers and foam sprayers feature large, comfortable and particularly ergonomically shaped control elements. New handle design: Higher ergonomics thanks to the special handle shape that is particularly pleasant to the touch. With a thumb lock, the user can switch between continuous and spot spraying during operation. The container with three base legs is made of robust, UV-resistant polyethylene. The cleaner can be sprayed easily and safely through the large filling opening. The filling level is easy to read from a filling level marking in translucent material. The closed pump protects the sensitive pump components from the chemically active cleaning fluid and therefore ensures a long service life of the sprayer. The efficient pump allows an operating pressure of up to 3 bar to be easily achieved, facilitating fairly long working intervals. The pressure in the container can also be released via a safety valve to allow emptying, refilling or cleaning. Pressure above 3 bar is automatically released by this valve. High-quality FKM seals (A models) or EPDM seals (B models) offer high chemical resistance to cleaning agents within the acidic and alkaline pH range respectively. The new adjustable hollow cone nozzle allows adjustment of both the spray volume and the spray pattern. The card holder integrated into the side of the spray head allows labelling of the container contents.
