Shipping Methods
Delivery by Speedex Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki (General Postal Service) throughout Greece
The delivery of your order usually takes place within 1 working day from the date your order is placed.
You will receive your products at the address you provided when you placed your order.
For orders within Greece weighing up to 3kg and with a total value over €50, shipping is free of charge.
For orders within Greece up to 3kg, the shipping cost is €3.70. Each additional kilo incurs an extra charge of €1. The maximum weight for courier shipping is 10kg.
Cash on delivery (COD) is available for products where this option is provided during checkout.
For remote or hard-to-access areas, the shipping cost increases by €2.30.
Delivery to Cyprus via Geniki Taxydromiki
Shipping to Cyprus is handled by Geniki Taxydromiki.
The shipping cost for parcels up to 2kg is €15, with each additional kilo charged at €4.50.
The maximum weight for shipments to Cyprus is 10kg.
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for shipments to Cyprus.
Delivery via Transport Company
For heavy or bulky items, orders are shipped from our headquarters in Heraklion, Crete to Athens using a partner transport company. The cost is €3.10 for parcels up to 20kg.
For onward transport from Athens to other regions of the country, transfer instructions are provided by the final recipient.
Our company offers free delivery to the transport company’s premises.
Please note that this shipping method does not support cash on delivery.
