When it comes to Tolecut, we can talk about a unique combination. It is both aggressive (but not too aggressive, otherwise there is a risk of grinding through the varnish) and leaves a very fine and uniform sanding at the same time. This combination in one product is very rare in fine-grained product lines.
Tolecut also reduces polishing time. Conventional sanding systems for defect removal often consist of 1 to 2 sanding steps. Consequently, the emphasis is on polishing. Moreover, only 1 or 2 sanding steps will not completely remove all sanding scratches, which means that additional polishing time is required to completely remove these final sanding scratches.
In contrast, the Kovax polishing system is a modern system. With just one additional polishing step, both imperfections and sanding scratches are removed. This reduces polishing time.
