What is Zen-Xero technology?
While the performance of ceramic coatings themselves is being modernized through advances in technology, there is still room for improvement in the method by which the coating is adhered to painted surfaces to bring out its highest performance. Zen-Xero technology was developed to strengthen the bond between the painted surface and the coating. The Accelerator, which is a key component of the technology, dramatically increases the bonding strength and brings out the maximum performance of the coating.
Complete fusion of glass and fluoride components
The fluorine aligns evenly between the silica bonds and this gives the coating excellent water repellency and gloss.
Dynamic water repellency with functionality:
The dynamic repellency of Zen-Xero Dynamic was achieved by finding the perfect balance of many different elements: suitable raw materials, the perfect mixing ratio, smoothness of the coating surface, the ideal water contact angle and much more. It is not enough to simply bond the fluorine components to the surface of the layer. The main component of Zen-Xero Dynamic is silicone and special metal binders that work by evenly distributing fluorine throughout the layer. In addition, the water contact angle is adjusted by changing the fluorine mixing ratio and creating an amazing softness in the glass layer, which highlights an excellent and effective water repellency performance.
