The carbon brushes are replaced by opening the side flaps on the left and right of the machine.

To do this, the screw must be loosened and the cap simply removed.

The carbon brushes in each machine have an average lifespan of approximately 350 hours of pure use.

This corresponds to polishing approximately 50 vehicles.

A prerequisite here is the correct handling and use of the machine during the polishing process, as the service life can otherwise vary greatly.
